La Banque de France va augmenter le niveau maximum des int\u00e9r\u00eats que les banques peuvent demander pour un emprunt immobilier de 20 ans \u00e0 3,05%. Une bonne nouvelle pour les emprunteurs !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Enfin un nouveau souffle pour le cr\u00e9dit immobilier ! Le taux d\u2019usure applicable \u00e0 partir du 1er octobre a \u00e9t\u00e9 relev\u00e9 par la Banque de France \u00e0 3,05%, pour un pr\u00eat immobilier \u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance de 20 ans et plus, a-t-elle annonc\u00e9 mercredi soir, dans un communiqu\u00e9<\/a>. Pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, il \u00e9tait de 2,57%, un niveau jug\u00e9 trop bas par les courtiers, mais qui permettait quand m\u00eame aux primo-acc\u00e9dants de continuer \u00e0 emprunter selon l’instance supr\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019institution a ainsi d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de suivre \u00ab\u00a0la formule pr\u00e9vue par la loi, soit les 4\/3 des taux moyens pratiqu\u00e9s<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, pr\u00e9cise-t-elle. \u00ab\u00a0Un rel\u00e8vement exceptionnel des taux de l\u2019usure [NDLR : soit davantage que 3%] – dont le r\u00f4le est de prot\u00e9ger les emprunteurs – n\u2019est ni souhaitable ni n\u00e9cessaire<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, \u00e9crit-elle encore, paraphrasant les propos tenus par le Gouverneur de la Banque de France, Fran\u00e7ois Villeroy de Galhau, \u00e0 la Commission des finances de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale, mardi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le niveau maximum des int\u00e9r\u00eats que les banques peuvent demander pour les emprunts immobiliers \u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance de moins de de 10 ans sera \u00e9galement relev\u00e9 \u00e0 3,03%, contre 2,60% auparavant. \u00ab\u00a0Les taux de l\u2019usure pour les autres cat\u00e9gories de pr\u00eats (principalement pour le cr\u00e9dit \u00e0 la consommation, et les collectivit\u00e9s locales) seront eux aussi relev\u00e9s, indique la Banque de France.
